Officer Flicka is a girl helicopter character I came up with after watching Planes Fire & Rescue as I came up with a sequel idea of Dusty becoming part of the Piston Peak Police Force and saving towns from crime and danger. Officer Flicka could be either the officer that trains Dusty or another character that's just joining the police force as well.
