This proposal is part of an entry for a small competition panel. It intended to start the discussion about the main issues that the members of an academic group work would have to face. There was limited space and no specialized workforce. The inhabitants of the problematic neighborhood had experience in building their own homes. The idea was to give a suggestion of a generic-box that could be used by the inhabitants as a guideline. Aspects like decoration and even use of the space are hinted only to appeal the free interpretation of the users. The invented building can be made of two houses for small families or a house and a small shop or cafe.
