Charles Dunn one of the largest commercial real estate agencies in Los Angeles was ready to have great print work. Glyphix Studio took on the challenge of creating a wonderful design that could be modified and printed in office to suit the fast turnaround of real estate.
Where I come in was to take the approved, smart design and finish it off. First, modify the design to work with final content that finally came form the client, and then create PowerPoint templates that could be modified in office. Once the template was ready, I created the first long format document. (Really twice, the first time in InDesign. But that’s another story.)
Following that, I was charged with creating the Marketing Style Guide to assist future efforts by the Charles Dunn team. Look, feel and consistency is important.
My final efforts were to design and create templates for additional print collateral. These included brochures, flyers and broker bios.
Note: All this material is meant for in office creation and printing using PowerPoint as necessary from the brokers and other employees of Charles Dunn.
