Molotow pens and paint brush with molotow ink. I have gone for a more ‘painterly’ rougher line work and colouring with this piece to merge better with the recycled plywood. I tried to vary the tones of the blues etc and keep it raw. Piling up paint in areas to give it a bit of texture.

This piece is a more compressed and focused design of a motive I use in most of my pieces to do with growth, potentiality, evolution, chaos, order and potential out comes. It pretty much is a growth piece to remind you of your ambitions for the new year. Look at it when you feel you’re slipping in your resolve or goals, facepalm and then get back on track… no regrets, no decafe, no surrender ;D
