Edgar Leal has dedicated his passion for cooking and restaurant business. His professional career began in Caracas when he worked under the great Chef Marc Provost in his legendary restaurant El Gazebo, then move to the kitchens of Le Deuxieme Etage, with Chef Pierre Blanchard. Leal Bar came after the chef had the LEAL restaurant. He wanted to create a place for cocktails, bistro cuisine and good music.
