LILAC stands for Low Impact Living, Affordable, Community
The pack comes in the form of a folder that contains a brochure, ethical policy CD, buisness cars and letterhead.
The pack promotes the concept of LILAC and had transformed it into a modern brand, that suits the aesthetic of the buildings and the concept of a housing cooperative.
Supported with full colour images that are warm and inviting, the main text and logo is lilac, which gives a soft but friendly feel.
The logomark is a representation of the shape of the buildings and the space in the middle for the community, it has a sense of togetherness.
The brochure is the focal point of the pack and really shows the housing and its merits. The brochure is Japanese bound giving a more crafted appearence.
All colateral has been printed on recycled stock which fits the ethos of the brand.
