La Casualidad
Chance, Randomness, and Probability
Whenwe feel incapable of making a choice or a decision, when we prefer to rely upona stray thought rather than rationalize, what do we do? Yes, we flip a coin. Wehope that fate will do a better work than our uncertain and hesitating mind. But flipping of a coin is a determined process; contrary to the common sense, itnever takes a chance—we are just too slow to notice its tendency. Infinitelysmall creatures should have theability to predict obverse and reverse before the tremendous shiny thing would crashinto the ground, if only they could measure. True? Well, probably.
Does He toss a coin?
Is it by chance? Is it a chance?
