The first page was a pt. prep form that I heavily modified. The tri-fold brochuresthat follow are purely my creation, from my desire. These brochures are intended to be a resource for patients, that they can review at their leisure, without complicated or technical verbage that can make comprhension difficult. When patients know what to expect, are less fearful, and properly preped, it allows me as the technologist to obtain superior quality images. These projects along with staff education helped to dramatically reduce no shows and cancellations.
