Located in the Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia, several floors of the old "Graduate Hospital" were transformed into inpatient rehabilitation facilities. Working with Ballinger's interior designers, a multi-layered graphic pattern was created as printed inner-layer to the glass walls throughout the space. The pattern was printed in only white with the opacity and density of pattern varying depending on the need for privacy.

The graphic pattern was based on the plan of historic Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, while the tree pattern was inspired by the park's iconic trees.
