and tigers. was a student written play based on the place we go to rest in between lives, told as a story by a young girl one day while she is home sick. I wanted to capture the fanciful world any young child can imagine through the styles of the two entities in her story. They were loose, easy to move in and partly reminiscent of dance attire. In contrast, the attire of her parents are more constructed, both in earlier scenes where we see them meeet and at the end of the play,but I chose to make the colors of the two story scharacters similar to her parents to tie in her inspiration for the story.
