On this project, my responsibility was "improving character's quality".

When I joined the team, the title started while ago , and client was Activision.
The director wanted to ammend all character's proportion firstly.
Because for his eyes, they are too "Asian" in generally. Large head, short arms and legs, and less thickness on their body.
 
I changed their proportion into more "Caucasian or African" look, not Asian.
In particular, I changed heads into smaller/ narrower. Also made them thicker, and wider.
At the end, I set 3 basic proportion, Big male, Midium male and Female.

Secondly I started to draw concept arts of the characters here.
We already had "script" of in-game story, so I could design their "look" based on it.
 
I upped some of my original drawings of them here. 
Actually they are rough work, but I drew each character's several variations in 1 day.

At the end, of course they are modeled mostly by my self, but some of them are out sourced to due to tight schedule.
