i was contracted by Fertitta Inc to create avatars for their new online poker company Ultimate Poker. this was one of the most fun jobs ive had as i was give so much creative freedom with the project. basically i was told we need 80 to 100 avatars that players can choose to represent themselves in our game and we need them to be awesome. from there the art directors and myself came up with a list of "character types" we wanted to see in the game and i was pretty much given the go ahead to do whatever i wanted from there. by the end of the project i think i created between 90 to 100 avatars many with 3 alternate versions.  all images below are © Ultimate Poker
