Redesign of CaringBridge's volunteer hub
The goals of this project were to:
* provide a single sign on for visitors to CaringBridge.org, rather than a separate signin for volunteers
* vastly improve the mobile experience since the old platform was not responsive
* increase the amount of new volunteers
* increase the rate of active volunteers
It was previously hosted by a third party on a non-responsive platform, and we had the opportunity to bring it into our code base and make it mobile-centric. This project resulted in:
* 45% conversion rate for new volunteers signing up
* 69% more volunteers on average per week
* 100% more volunteers are actively volunteering
