These sketches are for a book in progress and still in the development state. The book is centered around a fictional island, and contains field notes about the mysterious and strange animals who inhabit it. Inspired by Darwins dairies on the Beagle, it's a mock scientific document intended to capture the imagination of readers both young and old by playing on our desire for discovery and the idea of the unknown.
