A Little Black Dress project was the brief we were set which would traditionally be women’s wear based. I decided I wanted to mix it up and create a Menswear LBD. Using neoprene to create the main basis of the dress with a delicate twist around the body to give it that balance between femininity and masculine features. We had to incorporate experimental embroidery into this project I did this by making a rugged style frayed fishtail plait with intertwined organza and neoprene.
