The aim that I assigned myself was to design a kitchen appliance and design it to become more children friendly. A large range of kitchen appliances aren’t designed for children to use, so I will be aiming to design a blender that is suitable, easy, and safe to use by minors aged 14 and up.

 

Just a generation of ideas and concepts.

Next, I attempted to refine the most siginificant concepts on the thumbnails. I found that they were all at a satisfactory level.

Finally, I chose the third concept because it was the most practical and pleasing. It was bold and very refined from the beginning. Using custom brushes I attempted to lay down an underpaint that had a slight texture to it.
