A quick trip into center-alignment and illustrator work
Two months prior to my wedding, I took on the task of designing my own wedding invitations. We did this in lieu of simply purchasing ones because we saw elements of other invitations we liked, but either were turned off by the steep prices that such things bring, or did not like the entire design as a whole. Because the wedding was infused with a significant amount of Scottish heritage, I thought it only fitting to input designs that harkened to that, such as the tree of life and Celtic knot work, as well as animal and floral imagery that played into the notion of the garden venue we were using.
This is the back side of the invitations I designed for my wedding. The inspiration came from a cartoon and jokes made in reference to our adventure racing team.
