Short Avant Garde Film

This is a one minute film created for a branding project in in my second year of university. The brief was a short film in avant garde style in order to promote a series coming the the ficticious gallery tokyo:ocean.

The film is about how there still can be beauty in death and the transittory nature of life. This is communicated through a Victorian collection of butterlies and moths that my mother owns (she's a retired entomologist and botanist). The spot-lighting is done in camera to create a vingette.

I do not own nor have I ceated the audio, all rights to their respective owners. The piano piece is Fjögur píanó  by Sigur Rós and the rain sounds can be found on Youtube.
