The first time I ventured into analogue photography, I was obsessed with the dark room, pinhole and photograms. This idea that all it takes to create an image is light-sensitive paper and a light source.
I used to joke around with my professor about how I am going to make a life size image from my pinwhole camera. As crazy as it sounded, I took that joke and used it to create my photogram image.
I believe that the human form is very majestic, and a simple gesture can have a lot of meaning behind it. I got to learn that a life-size photogram is a very unique image that cannot be repeated. Each time the photograph is taken you get a different result, and that is what I loved about this method, the element of surprise.
