Brand Identity - iadvisory Singapore

iadvisory Singapore
Government Brand Identity Project in 2008

iadvisory gives small medium-sized entreprises (SMEs) the chance to tap into new and larger areas of trade and to sharpen their competitive edge; by relying on the quality and credibility of the experts and resources that are made available through its online portal. The portal serves as a useful platform for SMEs to get in touch with global experts who can offer valuable advice on how to successfully expand abroad.

The iadvisory logo is made up of a globe, an open doorway and a bubble speech.

The globe and open doorway symbolises iadvisory's vision of becoming Singapore SMEs' preferred source of information and advice on global expansion. The shape of a speech bubble represents the highly interactive and collaborative nature of the iadvisory platform.

The word "advisory" means giving or containing advice, is broadened by the prefix "i". This prefix not only stands for internationalisation but also represents the personalised support members receive through the web portal's ability to match companies with the right experts according to their specific needs.

The logo has to be complement to the IE Singapore logo, as it will be used together for all advertising collaterals.
To ensure that all visual communications reflected the core personality of the logo, the Broader Visual Language is applied to the visual icons. The series of visual icons creates unity and ownership of the diverse offers for iadvisory portal.

*Broader Visual Language is a design thinking process and philosophy by Ken Cato (Cato Partners). It is a communication method to increase service/product ranges and gain higher visibility.
