So before I went into photoshop to begin the Instagram filter tutorial, I opened the photo in Camera to make a few adjustments. Such as changing the exposure, contrast, highlights, etc. I did that to give the photo a little life, because to me it was kind of faded. I also used the adjustment brush to make some of the brighter areas (such as the rock area behind the squrirrel) a little bit darker. Next I took it over to photoshop to begin the instagram Brannan filter. After following the tutorial, I pulled out the iris blur, placed it around the squrirrel to bring more attention to it; I also wanted to add a little more blur to the moutains. I really like how this photo came out by using that filter! It kind of reminds me of a old polaroid picture.
