NBC New York Nightly News was the big, flagship news program at NBC New York - Channel 4.  Therefore special consideration had to be taken in branding this show.  While I worked as the Art Director of NBC New York we have rebranded the show three times.  These frames here showcase the first rebrand.  I led this project with a small team of internal animators.  Along with the main opens, we also produced an entire package for the show, including Bumpers, ID’s, Lower 3rds, and many other animated elements.
