Fashion, Editorial, and Wedding Photography

I am a protege under Derek Lueth. The images below are property of Derek Lueth Photography. If you are interested in scheduling a shoot, please contact us through the website: http://www.dereklueth.com.

Below are images I have processed for other photographers. I used non-destructive layers on top of jpeg files, as I did not have access to the original RAW image files.

Scanned photograph circa 1940, submitted by user Jenny12678 to the RedditGetsDrawn gallery at http://www.reddit.com/r/redditgetsdrawn/comments/20ae68/my_grandparents_in_about_1940_ive_always_loved/
Wedding portrait on left photographed by Robert Larson of Larson's Photography. I processed the image to introduce myself to the photographer and solicit work; I do not work for nor am affiliated with Mr. Larson.

I removed the red color cast from the bride's hair onto the bride's dress and groom's face. I brightened the bride and groom's eyes, as they were overshadowed in the original image. Though the eyes may appear larger in the altered image, they actually remain the same size but are more prominent after distinguising the lumbar, iris, pupils, and speculars of the eyes. The original may seem fine at first glance, but the subtle alterations at make a big different in print.

The above image was photographed in jpeg, so the blown out highlight details were lost completely. The image on the right has a superimposed sky background which closely matches the conditions of the day but is not actual image data capured in the original photograph. I manually removed the chromatic aberration ("color fringing") with painstaking patience, and added depth by adjusting tonal levels.
