ABOUT:
"How To Control The Media And The Masses" is a zine that formally, lends itself to Cold War era public safety pamphlets, but is intended to break down and explain the epidemic of media consilidation and control in the United States and it's driving forces.
The goal was to combine a "how to" prompt (to explain any process of my choice) with compelling and shocking content in a way that was easy to navigate, digest, and distribute.
Much of the data within this book is sourced from Noam Chomsky's book, "Media Control: The Spectacular Achievements of Propaganda". All photographs are sourced from scans of National Geographic issues circa 1966-1975.
