I was recently commissioned to do a poster for an independent shoe store called RōM Shoes to both announce their grand opening and use as advertisement in the local papers. I decided to depart a bit from my usual style to put an emphasis on shape rather than line, and it was a really fun and rewarding way to work. Aside from the illustration portion of the project, I was asked to design their logo and branding - also a departure for me. All in all, it was a great opportunity to flex some artistic muscles that I rarely get to showcase. I hope you enjoy the results.
