Mostly Mozart Festival Posters

The Cleveland Orchestra presents the Mostly Mozart Festival where concert goers can discover Mozart, Beethovan, and more musical geniuses. This poster is a symetrical poster using the black color block to off set the bright musical composition image. The proximity of the text keeps the important information in one central location so that those quickly glancing at the poster can get all the answers they need. The rythm established by the musciall notes in the background gives the eye the ability to "hear" what the silhouetted musicians are playing. The silhouetted musicians and cut out "Mostly Mozart Festival" text add the element of typography to the creative poster.

Red puts a unique spin on Mozart when it presents the Mostly Mozart Festival. Red is an experiemental orchastra that clearly experiments with design in this poster. This poster is asymetrical in nature with the high definition, black and white photo image of the piano keys contrasting with the simple, solid red square. The text unifies the entire poster by being grouped together while also creating rhythm by drawing the eye across the page. The Typogrophy of this creative poster is most closely expressed through the use of the red square and the color of the orchestra name also being red.
