HOSTS Learning is an educational software company that helps students achieve through linking extensive educational resources with one-to-one mentoring. The Dallas event was a an annual customer/user conference focusing on company tagline, "Inspire one. Motivate Many. Educate All."

The project included event banding, pre-event promotional strategy, on-site materials/graphics and followup campaign.
