Branding and Implementation
THE TOY FAIR, LONDON OLYMPIA

Organised by the British Toy and Hobby Association, The Toy Fair is an industry showcase of new products. Held annually at London's Olympia, it attracts in the region of 250 exhibitors, ranging from large internationals to new start-up companies.

The 2011 identity was designed to have a humorous edge. Borrowing from the 'Keep Calm and Carry On' wartime poster,  the main message 'Take Fun Seriously' was designed to promote the fact that the business-only nature of the event (because the public is not given entry) can also be fun. Each of the advertisements featured a business image with a fun angle, or vice-versa in the case of the rubber duck with a tie on. The branding is designed to be as flexible as possible so it can be easily adapted for the many items of collateral it was required to apply to, ranging from T-Shirts to 12 metre banners.
