As a kid I loved watching the Utah Jazz and I loved looking at all the NBA logos. I decided when I was about 14 to redesign a new logo that some of the other popular rebrands of that era. I never finished anything more than a pencil sketch. I decided to complete my idea recently more than 25 years after my initial sketch. I don't think this would be the right direction to go for branding this team presently, but it sure felt good to breathe life into the work I started way back when.
