Prints of an Installation piece
These are some of the prints I used for an installation piece about War.
Transfers of war pictures, with numbers of deaths screen printed on the back.
A Political Statement *Installation*
I installed the prints on the staircase of Dolphin Building. At the top of the stairs, there's a note that says: " We'll keep going until there is nothing left". I hung each print by twine as a metaphore of our world hanging by a thread. As one descends the staircase, they see images of war, soldiers, and then the ruins. As the installation progresses the threads become more and more torn, until the last piece, which falls on the ground.
