Have you ever loved somebody or something so much that you had to profess your love of it to the world? Pablo Naruda's Ode to Typography written in 1964 juxtapozed by Beatrice Warde's The Crystal Goblet written in 1955 are two love letters to something they held dear; the written word. Two brilliant minds, idealistic in their experience of type, who would probably have been at odds, brought together by the human mark. It started with the word and so it shall continue with it.
