Roy Malt Beverages Package Design

This was a student project that began at the beginning of my sophomore year in my first Adobe Illustrator class. Here you can see the transformation of the project from the initial class concept to my final Senior portfolio render, seeing my growth as a designer.

Initial Concept
The concept for Roy Cola was inspired initially by pop art icon Roy Lichtenstein's work, and as the project evolved to stay current with contemporary trends, the age and look of pop art, rock & roll, and free love definitely grew up and found a more delicious outfit to wear.

Packaging was adhered to the Heritage box dieline, keeping in line with the retro flair of the brand.
Final Concept
Below is the final render formed at the end of my schooling. Because of the suggestive imagery, the drink was taken to the adult beverages category and the type treatment on the package got a complete overhaul.
Thank You for Looking!
And appreciate if you enjoyed the journey.
