Introduction
 
It all started from 'Into the White' Foundation project when I had discovered James Nares calligraphic works. Here I focus on the process of applying paint itself, creating brush strokes. I am still facinated by the scale of James Nares' works, canvases by his contemporaries abstract expressionists, classic calligraphy perfomances. The aim of the project is to make simple brushstroke compositions in a variety of formats.
