This is the biggest book in size I have ever designed. It was challenging but taught me how to use the detail on typography and illustration to unify the whole book.

 

The orange color, the big size type and Century Gothic font are all choices to incorporate with the sense of bold clean and the characteristic of industry production of wood type. 

This photo shows the spread which was used to break the whole book as threes sections.

This is the small book in the middle of the book, which was added as a break of the big size pattern and also helps to provide a little surprise in the book.
