Building and Recognizing a Diverse Workplace
This infographic was created to communicate visually discrimination in the workplace, appropriate conversation for work-related settings, and the advantages of a culturally diverse workplace. Each graphic element was designed to assist the learning objectives of the diversity training project. Discrimination can occur in many ways and to help employees understand their rights in the workplace, I created this infographic.
The colors and typography for this infographic were to be consistent and minimal so that the information can be readable and usable.
To create a level of engagement within this infographic, I created interactive callouts using Adobe Acrobat. Once a user selects a callout, additional information displays.
The conversation code area was designed to communicate appropriate and inappropriate conversations in the workplace.
