Viet Capital Bank has been in the business for 25 years. That's like 50 years old on "brand age scale".
The client wanted to have their social media more appeal to the young generation.
We suggested that the brand could depict the daily life of young generation and their financial problems, in an interesting way.
Short comics.
Cause our team were young, and all had daily financial problems. Money shortage.
The client was quite pleased with the page performance.
Looking back after all those years, I wish I could have advised them to focus on their business and tell the people why they were a great bank, in an interesting way. Instead of these silly comics.
Still, writing these comics might be the only time I had the chance to consider how ordinary people think.
