The Apollo Program ended with a bang upon the return of Apollo XVII on Dec, 19, 1972; the most successful mission to date. My love affair with NASA all started with the Apollo Missions so it felt very fitting to me to create a series of paintings featuring my first love. I give a big thanks to all of the Astronauts and the amazing ground crew involved in getting us to the moon and back; you made everyone on earth proud.
