The family that owns the original house projected in a corner site wants to take a financial advantage of the property. The site is located in an urban settlement “Lomas de Portugal” where people request small living spaces, therefore the concept of apartments was developed for this area. This property, a single house with a large unused garden area, will now have eight apartments to rent. All the spaces comply with the square-meters requested by law, and they also are illuminated and ventilated with natural resources. Common areas such as laundry, parking and a central garden are projected too.
