Exhibition Branding Design with Pictograms
To celebrate the gorgeous forms of iconic chairs, I developed a series of pictograms. Their use extends throughout the branding for an exhibition—from the poster to the wall labels. A modernist style emphasizes formal visual aesthetics for a sophisticated, energetic feeling.
Here the chairs are laid out on grids to demonstrate contrast and cohesion.
I played with their arrangements, then tilted this composition on an angle for the poster.
The chair icons are applied to the wall labels, bringing the branding of the exhibition into the gallery space.
