Acama Street Rehab
Project Mangement by Rory Firks
This property started with original cabinets and wallpaper across every surface possible. We had a dividing wall between the dinng area and living room that really tightened up the atmosphere. We scrapped the paper, removed the popcorn ceilings, demoed all the cabinets, even pulled the old tubs, and opened the living room. In the end, with some nice texture, travertine floors, and some basic landscaping upgrades we ended up with one of my favorite flips to date. We kept the color scheme consistant, at first I felt it was too much neutral but as time has passed it has grown on me. In the future a darker kitchen cabinet would have given this project a perfect score in my book.
