This was our final assignment of the 1st semester of the Multimedia designer education. We were to create a landing page for Nyt Hospital Nordsjælland (in English: New Hospital North Zealand), which is a new Hospital in North Zealand, north of Copenhagen, to be finished in 2020. The new Hospital is a merger of 3 smaller hospitals in the area, and the project focusses a lot on lovely architecture as well as green and peaceful sorroundings. It is belived that it has a healing effect on human beings.

 

We chose to target our campaign towards families with children, especially the ones with smaller children. We decided to create a landing page with the flat design style and a parallax scrolling effect, because we thought the simple cartoonish look would appeal to the children, and the short but on point informations would appeal to the busy parents. The idea is that the user gets a little experience while scrolling, and receiving informations about the hospital at the same time. And at the end, they can dig deeper into that information by checking out the hospitals website and/or social medias.
