For my final major project I wanted one of the walls of my structure to be covered in wallpaper. As I've always been interested in pattern design, I decided to attempt making my own, and screenprinting it onto vinyl wallpaper.

in black and white, to be able to be screenprinted
first layer on white paper
seeing how they look with a coloured background. my initial idea was to have red flowers with a green first layer, on a dark blue background. However i didnt like the result as much as i thought i would
I therefore got some wallpaper samples, and screenprinted onto those, for it would be more realistic than having an acrylic background, and decided to go for this deep blue. I screenprinted the first layer green, and will soon see what the second layer will be. But i think i might add a deeper green, instead of the initial reds I'd thought of
wallpaper hung up. still needing the second layer though
first idea for colour, but too dark and not noticable enough
trying other colours, but too bright/not the right colours for the mood i will be trying to set
final colour choice. not very noticable, but adds depth to the pattern, and is just visible enough
