Research on What Makes a Good or Bad Infographic in Collaboration with Connor Garry
Reflection
My infographic was designed to show users and marketing professionals information about twitter users. I utilized the twitter blue and complementing colors to keep it bright and grab people's attention. My goal was to simply lay out all of the information that was available. This infographic also is unique because typically this information is only available to people who have advertising account with twitter.

When researching for this project I found numerous examples of infographics that were bad. For example I found an infographic where all the text was too small and the colors clashed. I mades sure to consider these errors when I was designing my own infographic.

I utilized the CARP principles we learned in class by using contrast as mentioned above. I used repetition by repeating colors and keeping sizes the same for certain objects. For the alignment I first created a grid to design my different sections to keep them even. Proximity I made sure the different sections were spaced out enough to show they were separate, but made sure they were close enough so there was no awkward spaces.

In all my infographic to get my message across and was able to provide viewers with all of the information needed.
