Bought as a second home and a former rental property this project started off as a simple matter of a new shower room and redecoration. However, its superb location on the cliff top at Alum Chine, boasting views of Poole Bay, deserved more and its new owners quickly realised this. With a keen budget, much was achieved without compromise to the finish. A full re-plaster and decoration, new glazing, new bathroom suite, new skirtings, new kitchen doors and low voltage lighting created a soothing and easy space to retreat to and get away from it all.
