Therefore, one of the starting conditions for future tenants of the house, as was the availability of direct access to the public spaces of the house of the forest panorama. The project was developed by three fundamentally different models of homes, and eventually moving from a two-story version of a one-story, adopted the basic design decisions, the meaning of which I have tried to recreate the simple circuits here:
 

The idea was to create a movement route of the house, which would provide access to the panorama of the forest and created a variety of types of windows, all the way through his investigation. This condition has been achieved by repeating the curve section of the border line. By placing the main room with a permanent or temporary stay of people along the longer arc of the route, and technical rooms, bathrooms and garage - with a shorter, clear orientation of the house was secured. The open part facing the forest, and the closed part to the street and the nearby area. After that, to compensate for the missing sun exposure in the rooms facing north, it was increased ceiling height for the location of additional windows on the south side.
