A young girl with her head covered with a headscarf is sitting on a bench with a boy with a comfortable distance. The boy starts moving close to the girl and her scarf starts vibrating as a warning. The vibration increases with the decrease in the distance, and it finally reaches a point where it becomes very strong, almost hitting her like an electric shock, and she finally has to get up and change her place.

Concept I took forward
We live in a society in which, whatever happens, it’s always the girl who is blamed and boys get away with everything. When a girl walks on a road in Pakistan, she is brutally attacked by the scornful stares of the male bystanders, whether she’s fully covered or not. There is nothing done to stop the rapists, it is always the girl who is kept imprisoned in the norms and values formed by the society. we are living in a fear, a constant fear that has crept inside our mindset. Some people generally don’t like being touched a lot, and that is because all these insecurities and fears, that the society has given birth to, have secretly gotten embedded in the subconscious and that is what has been tried to be shown through the design of our object. A vibrator, which is also called a DC motor, will be attached to the girls neck while she’s covered in the scarf, which will vibrate as the sensor will sense the distance with the person standing in front of her, as it decreases.
