My dear friend Patti wanted an illustration created for a poem she wrote. Patti is an American Veteran. The photo below is of my Uncle Bud, Harvey Gray II, from the Korean War. This photo is also part of the American archieves where the photo is titled "The Unknown Soldier". I was inspired by his compassion to have Uncle Bud as part of the imagery incorporated in the poem.
