Malta was a nice project that we were able to incorporate a few nice designer ideas by Curtis Gabhart of Gabhart Real Estate Investments, LLC. First he wanted to include a very nice mosaic glass tile that we offset on the fireplace and also decided to continue in the bathrooms. Next he decided to refinish the very nice wood floors we discovered when we pulled up the carpet. And last we decided to give the front of the house a nice extra appeal by putting the cedar shingle siding along the front end. These three items brought key elements to the overall design of our final product. We kept the existing kitchen cabinets and repainted with a thick lacquer finish and opened the kitchen to living room to open the house. Last we redesigned the rear bedroom entries to create a master bathroom in the master bedroom.
Just as anticipated the property was not on the market long and the buyers were very happy with their purchase.
