This is a series of art pieces that I make to sell at art markets. I really like working with fabrics and have a lot of fun mixing and matching the different colours and patterns.
I start with a rectangle of fabric, then silk-screen on the white leafy pattern, in a different position and formation each time. Then I choose a complementary fabric and sew on small elements that I've cut out. I then wrap this tightly around a piece of wood and finally hand-paint on a quote using a very tiny brush. So much fun!

They vary in size from 8x8, 12x12, 12x10, and 12x15.
