This is a prototype project that studying the graphic language in different dimension

 

I start with several research and did some rough sketch with circle, sqaure and triangle.

Then, I start to build these ceramic sculptures from these three shapes, these sculpture was established by cylinders which represent circle and rectangular and cone which represent circle and triangle.

 

After I fired them, I tried to go back to initial perfect flat shapes, So I glazed and paint the shape on the surface and make them looked perfectly in specific angle.

 

The process is like a journey start with two dimensions, then goes into three diemnsions and at last get back to the beginning.
